Note:

a.  FM, CM and Physically Challenged Players will get free entrance.
b.  25 % discount on entry fee will be given to the Group of Students (reference letter from related institution is compulsory.
c.  25 % discount on entry fee will be given to Male & Female (1/1) from each district.(official letter of NECOS District Branch is compulsory).

Last Date of Entry:         2070 Asar 15 (29th June). Otherwise Late fee Rs. 200/-

·     All outstation players will get free accommodation(Lodging) from 17th to 21st Asar.
·    All the participants will get Certificate of participation.
·    One players will be given one prize only.
·   Age Proof Certificate will be necessary to claim the Age group Prize.
·   10% of Prize Money will be deducted as per Nepal Chess Association(NCA) rule.
·    Decision of organizer will be final and bind all.

Tournament Rules:

System of Play: The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss system with 10 rounds. Swiss Manager software will be used for pairing.

Time Control: 90 minutes plus 30 seconds as an increment from the starting move.

Tie Break: In case of a tie, the FIDE rules shall come in to effect, which will be announced before round one. Cash Prize will not be shared.

10% of Prize Money will be deducted as per Nepal Chess Association(NCA) rule.
